I think everything was good and can not actually find anything to improve right now. Excellent check in “after office ours” with the help of concergie. Excellent and flexible taxi coordination when we had a flight delay during our arrival (coordination and driver). Welcoming staff in general. All contact with Waterfront team was also excellent. Very nice and well-equipped apartment. Melbourne impressed and this trip is competing for the first place among my travel experiences. The accommodation and all staff involved are a major part of this (even though self service koncept)
