THE VINTAGE CITY CIRCLE TRAM: Route number 35, leaving every 12 minutes from the specially marked tram stops on the route, taking approximately 50 minutes to complete. This ‘hop on / hop off’ service is the perfect way to enjoy Melbourne’s sites whilst having the added bonus of travelling in a heritage W class tram decorated in special maroon and green with yellow and gold trimmings.

TRAVEL BY WATER:
- Cruise through Southbank, Docklands and the Port of Melbourne under the Westgate Bridge to the river entrance of the historic seaport of Williamstown. Hop off and explore the charming array of restaurants, cafes and galleries in this beautiful place for a few hours and then watch the city skyline come into view on your journey back. Ferries depart from Berth 1 at Southgate, 7 days a week from 10.30am - 4.30pm on the hour and from Gem Pier, Williamstown on the hour from 11.30am - 5.30pm.
FURTHER AFIELD:
- Take a day trip to Portarlington, a small seaside town on the BellarinePeninsula with Port Phillip Ferries from Victoria Harbour. Operating twice daily this catamaran ferry service, takes 1.5 hours from Docklands across the wider bay until you arrive at this quaint beachside village. Take a few hours to explore and have lunch before boarding for the return journey. Plus, no car is required.
- Explore the fabulous Mornington Peninsula just an hour’s drive from us? Breath in the fresh sea air whilst exploring this delightful region which has so much to offer: food & wine, beaches & coastline, spa & wellbeing, art galleries, golf and wineries.
- Visit the Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges for an early morning balloon flight or discover a platypus at the Healesville Sanctuary. Wander through the local villages to discover fabulous local produce, wineries and an abundance of art studios, craft stores and renowned gardens. An easy hour drive North East from us makes a wonderful day trip that you will remember.
